Two of TBI’s Long-Term Objectives

TBI Intern Program

By June 2032, TBI will launch its paid youth internship program, selecting six students each year for an intensive 8-week summer experience. Interns will engage in hands-on market research, media, and performance support while developing self-reflection, career exploration, and leadership skills through assessments, goal-setting, and direct mentorship.

TBI Resilience Scholarship Fund

By January 2035, launch the TBI Resilience Scholarship Fund. It will support students from foster care, adoptive families, group homes, and orphan backgrounds, as well as cancer survivors and their relatives. We’ll award at least 10 scholarships annually and host an annual banquet celebration to honor recipients, share their stories, and build community. Success will be measured by funds raised, number of scholarships awarded, and student impact tracked through follow-up surveys and mentorship connections.
